Refund policy

No checkout on this website

ageni.co does not sell through a cart and does not charge a card on the website. A fee exists only when EPD and the client agree to it in writing.

Before work starts

If the client has paid and EPD has not started the work, email contact@ageni.co. EPD refunds the unused amount within 14 days of that request.

After work starts

Fees for work already done are not refunded. That includes data already onboarded, traffic already delivered, or consulting already provided. Any prepaid amount that was not delivered is refunded as the written agreement says. If the agreement is silent, EPD refunds the undelivered part within 14 days of a written request.

How a refund is sent

The refund is sent back by the same payment method where that method allows it. The email should include the agreement date and the amount.
